Donald Trump has been mocked in a bizarre AI-generated video showing the US president being carried out of the White House and thrown into a dumpster. The clip was shared on X by the official account of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in India following heavy Republican losses in the US midterm elections.
They then dump the president into a large rubbish container marked "Hazardous waste". The video quickly went viral, attracting more than five million views and 111,000 likes.
One person commented: "Iranians are having a field day!" Another joked: "First successful regime change operation by Iran."
The clip appears to turn Trump's own use of AI videos against him. Trump previously shared an artificially generated video in which late-night television host Stephen Colbert was thrown into a dumpster before later being shown dancing.
