Who we are

MediaNews (medianews.tech) gathers headlines from media around the world. Each full article is read on its publisher's website. Contact: ds@bornglobalconcept.co

Without an account

You can use MediaNews without an account. Your settings (language, theme, chosen media) stay in your browser. No advertising cookies, no MediaNews trackers.

With an account

We store: your email, your first name (optional), your encrypted password (never readable, even by us) or your Google ID if you sign in with Google, your language, chosen media, saved articles, sign-up and last login dates, and your newsletter choice.

Why

To run your account (sign-in, syncing your media and articles across devices) and, only if you ticked the box, to send you the newsletter. Legal basis: providing the service, and your consent for the newsletter.

Sharing

Your data is never sold or rented. It is stored on our OVH hosting in France (European Union). If you use Google sign-in, Google identifies you under its own privacy policy.

Third-party services

Market data comes from TradingView and videos from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode). These services may set their own cookies when displayed or when you play a video.

Retention

As long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all your data is erased immediately. Accounts inactive for 3 years are deleted.

Your rights

At any time you can view your data, unsubscribe from the newsletter and delete your account from "My account". For any other request (access, rectification, portability, objection): ds@bornglobalconcept.co. You may also contact your data protection authority.

Cookies

One technical cookie while you are signed in (session) and one to remember your language. These essential cookies do not require consent.
