A popular online liberal known as The Woke Ginger has had his lawsuit dismissed after trying to sue his ex-employer for firing him over his criticism of a local business's cooperation with ICE.

The man, whose real name is Justin Kralemann, has nearly 750,000 followers on Instagram promoting liberal causes while poking fun at Donald Trump and Republicans.

In March, he sued his former employers at Food Outreach Inc for firing him the month before for, he claims, criticism of the powerful Taylor family.
