A popular can of soup is at risk of bursting with customers urged to dispose of them in outside bins.
Baxters have recalled their Chef Selections Cullen Skink soup, a smoked haddock chowder, because of a manufacturing fault.
This may cause the product to spoil and cans to ‘swell and potentially rupture’, the Foods Standards Agency (FSA) said.
If spoilt, the soup may have an ‘unpleasant odour and flavour’, the FSA said.
