Signal No. 2 raised over Batanes, parts of Babuyan Islands due to Super Typhoon Rosal

Super Typhoon Rosal moved northwestward over the sea east of Extreme Northern Luzon, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 11 p.m. Wednesday bulletin.
