Lagos Island has no shortage of places to get coffee, pastries or a good breakfast, but there is always room for a new café worth knowing about. The city’s dining scene continues to welcome new spots, and two of the latest are Roll and Roast in Ikoyi and Cusp Patisserie in Victoria Island.

Both cafés have opened their doors in recent months, bringing their own selection of pastries, breakfast options and drinks to the city’s dining scene. If you are looking for somewhere new to have breakfast, catch up with a friend or simply enjoy a cup of coffee, these are two addresses to keep in mind.

At 14a, 2nd Avenue, Osborne, Ikoyi, Roll and Roast is one of the newer additions to the neighbourhood, having opened its doors on 20 September 2026. The café brings together coffee, patisserie and freshly made sandwiches, with a drinks menu that stretches beyond the usual coffee options.
