Meanwhile, a large fire broke out in the area of the Almaz military factory in the southern Russian city of Rostov, the outlet reported.

In the western city of Oryol, the Proton electronic components factory was targeted, with local channels alleging Ukraine's Flamingo missiles were used in the attack, according to Exilenova Plus.
